Jun88 Terms and Conditions – User Rules and Rights

1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any Jun88 platform service — whether via the website, mobile, or any other available channel — you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accept these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and any other applicable policies.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, do not create an account or use Jun88's services. Continued use of the platform after changes to the Terms constitutes automatic acceptance of the updated version, provided Jun88 communicated the change at least 15 days in advance.

2Eligibility & Registration

To create a Jun88 account and use its services, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age as of the date of registration.
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF.
• Not appearing on any self-exclusion list from betting platforms.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into contracts under the Brazilian Civil Code.
• Not using the platform on behalf of third parties without explicit legal authorization.

Each individual may hold only one account on Jun88. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same CPF, address, device, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and subject to immediate suspension and cancellation of all associated balances and bonuses.

Identity verification (KYC)

Jun88 reserves the right to request documentation to verify your identity at any time, particularly before processing your first withdrawal. Accepted documents are a national ID (RG), driver's license (CNH), or passport — with your CPF visible. Verification is completed once, entirely within the platform, with no need to send documents by email or through external apps.

3Account & Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your login credentials. Jun88 strongly recommends using a strong, unique password not shared with other services, and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) in your account settings.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact Jun88 support immediately via live chat or WhatsApp. The platform may temporarily suspend account access while investigating any suspicious activity, as a protective measure for the account holder.

• Never share your password with anyone, including Jun88 support staff — they will never ask for your password.
• Always log out when accessing the platform on shared or public devices.
• Keep your email address and mobile number up to date in your account to ensure you receive security communications.
• Jun88 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by the account holder's failure to protect their credentials.

4Deposits

Jun88 accepts the following deposit methods for Brazilian players: Pix, boleto bancário, credit and debit cards (Visa and Mastercard), PicPay, Mercado Pago, and TED bank transfers from Brazil's major banks — Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, Caixa Econômica Federal, Santander, and others.

• Minimum deposit: R$ 20.00 for all methods, except TED where the minimum is R$ 50.00.
• There is no maximum deposit limit, but transactions above a certain amount may be subject to additional verification in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Balances are credited instantly for Pix deposits; other methods have processing times ranging from up to 10 minutes (card, PicPay, Mercado Pago) to 1 business day (boleto bancário).
• The deposit method and payment account holder must match the CPF registered on the Jun88 account. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Jun88 does not charge fees on deposits. Any fees charged by your credit card provider are the cardholder's responsibility.

5Withdrawals

Jun88 processes withdrawals exclusively via Pix. This ensures funds reach the player's bank account within 5 minutes of request approval, at any time of day, every day of the week — including holidays and weekends.

• Minimum withdrawal: R$ 30.00 per request.
• Maximum withdrawal per day: R$ 50,000.00 — VIP program members may have higher limits upon agreement with support.
• The destination Pix key must be linked to the same CPF registered on the Jun88 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not processed.
• The first withdrawal requires a one-time identity verification (KYC). Subsequent withdrawals are processed automatically.
• Jun88 charges no fees on withdrawals — the amount you request is the full amount you receive.
• Withdrawals of balances originating from bonuses are subject to meeting the rollover requirement applicable to the corresponding promotion.

Jun88 may request additional documentation for withdrawals above certain amounts in accordance with regulatory requirements. In such cases, the player is informed before confirming the request, and the processing time may be extended while verification is completed.

6Bonuses & Promotions

Jun88 offers bonuses and promotions on a regular basis, including a 100% welcome bonus on your first deposit — up to R$ 500.00 in credits —, weekly cashback of up to 10%, and a referral program. General bonus rules

• Bonuses are betting credits and cannot be withdrawn directly. Winnings generated from bonus wagers become withdrawable balance once the rollover requirement is met.
• Rollover is a multiplier that indicates how many times the bonus amount must be wagered before a withdrawal is unlocked. The specific value is described in each promotion.
• The standard bonus validity period is 30 days from activation. Unused bonuses that expire within this period are automatically cancelled with no right to compensation.
• Each player is entitled to one welcome bonus. Duplicate accounts used to claim multiple bonuses will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and possible closure of the accounts involved.
• Bets on certain games or markets may contribute different percentages toward meeting the rollover requirement — details are available in the specific terms of each promotion.
• Jun88 reserves the right to end or modify any promotion at any time, while honoring bonuses already activated by players.

7Betting & Games

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or changed by the player after confirmation — this applies to live and pre-match sports bets, as well as casino games and crash games.
• Sports betting results are settled according to the rules of each sport and the data sources used by Jun88. In the event of a real-time discrepancy, the version recorded in the Jun88 system is the definitive one for payment purposes.
• All casino games run on RNG (random number generator) certified by an independent laboratory. Results cannot be influenced by any party — not the player, not Jun88.
• The crash games available on Jun88 — including Aviator, JetX, and Spaceman — use Provably Fair systems that allow the mathematical verification of each round after it concludes.

Jun88 reserves the right to void bets placed based on incorrect odds generated by technical errors, outdated data, or system failures. In such cases, the staked amount is refunded in full to the account balance with no penalty to the player.

8User Conduct

The Jun88 platform must be used in good faith, within the rules set out in these Terms and applicable Brazilian law. The following conduct is expressly prohibited:

• Creating more than one account or using another person's information to create or operate an account.
• Manipulating game outcomes, using bots, automated scripts, or any software that provides an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Deliberately exploiting bugs, technical errors, or odds inconsistencies to obtain illegitimate financial gain.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful activity under Brazilian law and COAF regulations.
• Systematically accumulating bonuses with no genuine intent to use them — a practice known as "bonus abuse".
• Threatening, harassing, or insulting other players or Jun88 staff through any communication channel.

9Privacy & LGPD

Jun88 handles users' personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Law (Lei nº 13.709/2018 — LGPD). The data collected — name, CPF, date of birth, email, address, and financial information — is used solely for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy.

• Your data is never sold to third parties under any circumstances.

10Responsible Gambling

Jun88 takes responsible gaming seriously — not as a formality, but as a genuine part of the service. The following tools are available to all players, accessible directly from account settings:

• Deposit limit: set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit amount. Once the limit is reached, new deposits are blocked until the period resets.
• Bet limit: set a maximum stake per individual bet to keep your play within your budget.
• Loss limit: set a loss limit per period and the platform automatically blocks new bets once that limit is reached.
• Temporary break: suspend account access for periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 months without needing to contact support.
• Permanent self-exclusion: request permanent account closure at any time. Once submitted, a permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed.

11Account Closure

You may close your Jun88 account at any time by submitting a request to support via live chat, WhatsApp, or email. Before closure, any available and eligible balance may be withdrawn in accordance with the rules in the Withdrawals section. Non-withdrawable bonuses and bet credits are cancelled with no right to compensation.

Jun88 may close or suspend your account in the following situations:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Registering with false information or using third-party documents.
• Creating multiple accounts or abusing bonuses.
• Extended inactivity — accounts with no access for more than 12 months may be closed following prior notice by email.

If Jun88 closes an account for reasons unrelated to a rule violation by the user, the available balance will be refunded in full via Pix within up to 5 business days.

12Limitation of Liability

Jun88 employs the best technical standards available to ensure platform availability and security. However, uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed at all times, and Jun88 is not liable for:

• Temporary service interruptions caused by scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, or events beyond the platform's control.
• Losses resulting from the user's internet connection failure, user device malfunction, or telecommunications network issues.
• Bets not completed due to technical issues on the user's end — in these cases, the wagered amount is returned to the account balance.
• Financial losses resulting from normal gameplay — each game outcome is determined by certified RNG and is independent of any platform action.

Jun88's maximum liability in any situation is limited to the value of the user's account balance at the time of the triggering event. This limitation does not apply in cases of proven willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of Jun88.

13Changes to the Terms

Jun88 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time, provided users are notified at least 15 days before the new version takes effect. Notification is sent to the registered email address and displayed as a prominent notice on the platform.

If you disagree with the changes, you may close your account before the new version's effective date without penalty. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes full acceptance of the updated Terms.

14General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the city of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, Brazil, are exclusively elected to resolve any disputes arising from the relationship between the user and Jun88, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged.

• The invalidity or unenforceability of any clause in these Terms does not affect the validity of the remaining clauses, which remain in full force.
• Jun88's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms in one or more instances does not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce that provision in the future.
• These Terms are available in Brazilian Portuguese, which is the official version for all legal purposes.
